This Affiliate Agreement governs your participation as a publisher in the SvuseNet network. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Agreement & relationship
By promoting any Program through the Platform, you enter into this Affiliate Agreement with SvuseNet. You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You have no authority to bind SvuseNet or any Advertiser.
You are solely responsible for your own business expenses, equipment, taxes, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction where you operate or target traffic.
2. Enrollment & program approval
Registration on the Platform does not automatically grant access to all Programs. Each Program may require separate application and approval by SvuseNet and/or the Advertiser. We may deny or revoke access to any Program at any time, with or without stating a reason.
You must provide accurate information about your promotional websites, traffic sources, and marketing methods. Failure to disclose material changes to your traffic sources may result in immediate termination and commission forfeiture.
3. Promotional requirements
When promoting any Program, you agree to:
- Use only tracking links, coupon codes, and creative assets provided through the Platform or expressly approved by the Advertiser
- Not modify tracking links or parameters in ways that interfere with accurate attribution
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (FTC guidelines in the US, ASA/CAP in the UK, and equivalent rules elsewhere)
- Ensure your promotional content is truthful and not misleading about products, pricing, or availability
- Comply with all applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and industry self-regulatory codes
- Not make claims about products or services beyond what the Advertiser authorizes
- Not bid on Advertiser trademarks, brand names, or misspellings in paid search unless explicitly permitted in the Program contract
- Not use Advertiser assets on prohibited content including illegal sites, piracy, hate speech, adult content (unless Program explicitly allows), or sites promoting violence
4. Tracking ID & links
Your tracking ID is assigned to attribute traffic and conversions to your account. You must not share, sell, lease, or sublicense your tracking ID or account access to third parties. You must not use another affiliate's tracking ID.
Changing your tracking ID in Profile updates future links and reporting. You are responsible for updating any published links. Historical data may remain associated with previous IDs for reporting integrity.
Deep linking to specific product pages is permitted only where the Program contract allows it. Some Programs restrict homepage-only or category-specific linking.
5. Commissions & payment terms
Commission structures — including CPA, CPS, CPL, rev-share, tiered rates, and hybrid models — are defined in each Program contract. Cookie duration, attribution windows, and qualifying actions vary by Program.
Commissions are earned only on tracked, validated, and approved transactions. Advertisers may reverse commissions for:
- Returned, refunded, or cancelled orders
- Chargebacks and payment fraud
- Orders that violate Program terms (e.g., coupon abuse, non-qualified products)
- Traffic determined to be invalid, incentivized without approval, or fraudulent
- Self-referrals or transactions by you, your employees, or immediate family using your links
Payouts are processed monthly on the 1st for balances meeting your configured minimum threshold, provided your payout settings are complete and accurate. We may place holds on commissions pending Advertiser reconciliation, which can take 30–90 days or longer for some Programs.
6. Prohibited traffic & practices
Unless explicitly approved in writing by the Advertiser and SvuseNet, the following are prohibited:
- Incentivized traffic: cash rewards, points, or prizes for clicking links or completing actions
- Pop-ups & pop-unders: including exit pops, interstitials, and forced redirects
- Toolbar & browser extensions: that inject affiliate links without clear user consent
- Adware & malware: any software that alters user behavior without informed consent
- Cookie stuffing & iframe stuffing: dropping cookies or firing pixels without a genuine user click
- Bot & automated traffic: scripts, click farms, or artificial impression generation
- Brand bidding: PPC ads on Advertiser trademark terms where restricted
- Parasiteware & typosquatting: domains mimicking Advertiser brands
- Rebrokering: sublicensing Program access or commissions to sub-affiliates without authorization
- Email marketing: without CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance and, where required, Advertiser pre-approval
7. Creative assets & trademarks
Banners, logos, text links, product feeds, and other assets provided through the Platform are licensed for use solely in connection with approved promotion of the relevant Program. You may not alter logos, combine them with other brands in misleading ways, or use them after your Program access ends.
8. Compliance monitoring
SvuseNet and Advertisers actively monitor traffic quality, conversion patterns, and promotional methods. We use automated systems and manual review to detect anomalies. Suspicious activity may result in commission holds, Program suspension, or permanent account termination without prior notice.
You agree to cooperate with compliance investigations and provide requested information about your traffic sources within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Confidentiality
Non-public commission rates, conversion data, Program terms, and Network operational details are confidential. You may not publish screenshots of private contracts or earnings on public forums without written consent.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SvuseNet, its Advertisers, and their respective officers and affiliates against all claims, damages, fines, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your promotional activities, your websites, your traffic sources, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
11. Term & termination
This Agreement remains in effect while your account is active. Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and Advertiser assets from your properties. Validated commissions above the payout minimum will be paid per our standard schedule, minus any reversals or holds.
