1. Definitions

"Affiliate," "you," or "Publisher" means the individual or entity operating an account on the Platform. "Advertiser" or "Brand" means a third-party merchant whose products or services are promoted through the network. "Program" means a specific advertiser offer available for promotion. "Commission" means compensation earned for qualifying actions as defined in each Program contract. "Network" means SvuseNet and its affiliate marketing services.

2. Eligibility & registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You represent that all registration information — including username, email, website URL, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and will be kept up to date.

Each account is personal and non-transferable unless we approve otherwise in writing. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, limits, or approval requirements. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts at our discretion.

3. Account security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@svusenet.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and each Program's contract terms. You must not:

• Engage in misleading, deceptive, false, or illegal advertising or promotional practices
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
• Generate fraudulent clicks, impressions, leads, or conversions, including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or ad stacking
• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or incentivized traffic without explicit advertiser approval
• Place affiliate links on sites containing illegal content, malware, hate speech, or content prohibited by the relevant Program
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or attempt to compromise the Platform or its tracking systems
• Interfere with other affiliates' campaigns or the Network's operations
• Misrepresent your relationship with SvuseNet or any Advertiser

5. Program access & advertiser terms

Access to individual Programs is subject to our approval and, where applicable, the Advertiser's approval. Approval for one Program does not guarantee approval for others. Each Program contract displayed in your dashboard specifies commission rates, cookie duration, permitted promotional methods, geographic restrictions, and other conditions that supplement these Terms.

You must read and comply with each Program contract before promoting that brand. Violation of Program-specific terms may result in commission reversals, Program removal, or account termination.

6. Tracking, reporting & commissions

Performance data — including clicks, impressions, leads, and conversions — is tracked through our integration with third-party tracking platforms. While we strive for accurate reporting, all statistics are subject to validation, deduplication, and adjustment by Advertisers and tracking providers.

Commissions are earned only on validated, non-fraudulent transactions that meet the criteria defined in the applicable Program contract. Advertisers may reverse or adjust commissions for returned orders, cancelled subscriptions, chargebacks, duplicate leads, or policy violations. Reporting delays of 24–72 hours (or longer for some Programs) are normal.

7. Payouts & taxes

Payouts are processed according to the schedule, minimum thresholds, and payment methods configured in your account (currently monthly, paid on the 1st, subject to change with notice). You must provide valid and complete payout details. We are not responsible for failed payments caused by incorrect information you supply.

We may withhold, delay, or reverse payouts pending fraud review, Advertiser reconciliation, or investigation of suspected policy violations. You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations arising from commissions paid to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, software, and branding are owned by SvuseNet or its licensors. Creative assets, logos, trademarks, and marketing materials provided through Programs are owned by the respective Advertisers and may only be used as expressly permitted in the Program contract.

You may not modify Advertiser trademarks, create derivative works, or imply endorsement beyond what is authorized. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Network and Advertiser materials.

9. Confidentiality

Non-public information about commission rates, Program terms, reporting data, and Network operations is confidential. You may not disclose such information to third parties except as required to perform your promotional activities or by law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, any Program contract, generate invalid traffic, or harm Advertisers or the Network. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if tied to fraudulent, non-compliant, or disputed activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding validated commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid according to our standard schedule, subject to any holds for review.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed earnings. We do not guarantee any specific level of income from your participation in the Network.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SvuseNet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SvuseNet, its officers, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your promotional activities, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where SvuseNet operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team before pursuing formal remedies.
