Answers to common questions about joining, promoting brands, tracking, reports, and payouts on SvuseNet.

How do I join the network?

Create an account with your username, email, password, and primary website URL. Once registered, browse available brands under Brands, request access to programs you want to promote, and wait for approval if required. Some programs grant instant access; others require manual review.

Is there a cost to join?

No. Registration and participation in the SvuseNet affiliate network is free. You earn commissions when your referred traffic generates qualifying actions as defined in each program contract.

Why was my program request rejected?

Advertisers set their own approval criteria based on traffic quality, website content, geographic focus, and promotional methods. Common reasons for rejection include prohibited content categories, insufficient traffic history, or mismatch with the brand's target audience. You may apply to other programs or contact support for clarification.

How does tracking work?

Each affiliate account has a unique tracking ID. When you copy a tracking link or embed code from the Platform, your ID is included automatically. Clicks and conversions are recorded through our tracking integration and attributed to your account in reports.

What is a tracking ID and can I change it?

Your tracking ID is a short identifier used in all your links and reports. You can update it in Profile. Changing it updates future links generated from the Platform but does not retroactively change links you already published — update those manually on your sites.

What is a sub-ID?

Sub-IDs (also called sub-accounts or channels) let you segment traffic from different sources, campaigns, or websites within the same account. Use them to compare performance in your reports.

How long does tracking data take to appear?

Clicks often appear within minutes to a few hours. Conversions may take 24–72 hours or longer depending on the advertiser's validation process. Some programs hold commissions pending review before they appear as confirmed earnings.

Why do my stats differ from the advertiser's?

Small discrepancies can occur due to timezone differences, cookie blocking, ad blockers, attribution window cutoffs, and validation rules. Significant ongoing gaps should be reported to support with specific examples (date range, program, link used).

Why was my commission reversed?

Advertisers reverse commissions for returned orders, cancelled subscriptions, chargebacks, coupon abuse, non-qualifying products, or traffic deemed invalid or fraudulent. Reversals appear in your reports with a negative amount. Check the program contract for specific reversal policies.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed monthly on the 1st. If your available balance meets your minimum withdrawal amount and your payout settings are complete, an invoice is created automatically for our team to process. Processing time after invoice creation depends on your payment method.

What is the minimum payout amount?

You set your own minimum payout threshold in Withdrawals using the slider provided. Your balance must meet or exceed this amount on the payout date to receive payment.

What payment methods are supported?

Payoneer, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, and wire transfer. Configure your preferred method and required details under Withdrawals before the payout date. Incomplete or incorrect details will delay payment.

How do wire transfer payouts work?

Select wire transfer in Withdrawals and provide your bank details including country, account holder name, bank name, and routing/IBAN information as applicable. Required fields vary by country. Double-check all details — incorrect information causes failed transfers.

Can I change my payment method after a payout is created?

Contact support as soon as possible if you need to change payment details for a pending payout. Once a payout is marked as paid, changes apply to future payouts only.

Where can I download my invoice?

Go to Withdrawals and click on a payout row to view or download the invoice PDF for that payment period.

How do I get banners and promotional assets?

Once approved for a program, visit Assets to browse and download available creatives for that brand. Only use assets provided or approved by the advertiser. Do not modify logos or trademarks.

Can I use my own creatives?

Some programs allow custom creatives; others require pre-approval. Check the program contract. Unauthorized creatives may result in commission reversals or program removal.

Am I allowed to promote on social media, email, or paid ads?

Permitted channels vary by program. Some advertisers restrict paid search, social media, email, or coupon sites. Always review the program contract before launching a campaign on a new channel.

Can I bid on brand keywords in Google Ads?

Trademark bidding is restricted on most programs unless explicitly allowed in the contract. Violating trademark policies is a common reason for commission clawbacks and account termination.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to Profile and enable 2FA under the two-factor authentication section. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or a compatible app. You will need a verification code each time you log in after enabling it. Save your recovery codes in a secure place.

I lost access to my authenticator app. What do I do?

Contact support at support@svusenet.com. An administrator can reset 2FA on your account after verifying your identity. You will then need to set up 2FA again.

My account was deactivated. What happened?

Accounts may be deactivated for policy violations, invalid traffic, extended inactivity, or at advertiser request. Contact support for details and whether reinstatement is possible.

How do I update my email or password?

Go to Profile to update your username, email, and websites. Use the password section to change your password — you will need your current password to confirm the change.

Who do I contact for help?

Use the Contact page or email support@svusenet.com. Include your username, the program name (if relevant), date ranges, and any screenshots or example links. This helps us resolve issues faster.
