• Account data: username, email address, password (stored in hashed form), website URL(s), tracking ID, and profile preferences
• Payout data: payment method selection and details such as Payoneer email, PayPal address, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, or wire transfer banking information (account holder name, bank name, IBAN/routing numbers, country, etc.)
• Communications: messages you send through our contact form, support tickets, or email correspondence
• Program applications: information submitted when requesting access to advertiser programs

Information collected automatically

• Performance data: clicks, impressions, conversions, earnings, sub-ID statistics, and related affiliate metrics
• Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, and pages viewed on the Platform
• Login & activity data: login timestamps, session duration, last activity, approximate geographic location derived from IP, and two-factor authentication status

3. How we use your information

• Attribute traffic and conversions to your account through tracking integrations

• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations
• Legal & safety: when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SvuseNet, our users, or the public
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including where our servers, Advertisers, or service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.

7. Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for reporting, tax compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Performance and payout records may be retained for several years in accordance with industry and regulatory requirements. You may request deletion subject to exceptions described below.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for using a strong, unique password.
